Snazzy Snacks for the Average Joe

Senior Zach Vandermeer shows us how to make Ham Roll-Ups. The only ingredients needed for Ham Roll-Ups are Thinly Sliced Ham (Flavor is your choice), Whole Pickles (Also your choice), and Cream Cheese. Ideally, you want the cream cheese to be room temperature, however in the video, the cream cheese was practically frozen (Hence the lack of ability to spread the cream cheese).  Check out the video for “how to” details.  (Filming Credit goes to Junior Lindsay Wallsott.)

CEz57BoWMAAecswThe snack machine at TA has been an underutilized asset in our missions at TA to fight the pre lunch hunger that we often find commanding our attention while in the classroom. If you are like me, then items being sold inside of the lunchroom had lost the excitement that once had pulled in the masses of students, now seem dull and lifeless. So don’t just settle for the same old stuff, try these snacks for the Thornton snack machine to keep you running through that rough patch in the day.

•TGI friday’s bacon cheddar potato skins: skins of potato seasoned with the flavors of bacon and cheddar

•Andy Capp’s Hot fries: imitated fries that are hot by nature

•Cliff Bars (chocolate chip & crunchy peanut butter): meal bars that are good for working

•Goldfish: Small cheddar cheese flavored crackers, shaped like goldfish: Really good if you need something to casually snack on.

•Chex Mix: Another good one for doing classwork. A mix of a lot of little things, this snack may get your fingers a little messy, but is very delicious.

•13 different candy items:  Our vending machines feature thirteen different types of candy, and they’re all excellent, from Twix to M&M’s.

•Grandma Amos cookies:  An excellent but crumbly way to chow down:  Small cookies in a bag.

•Animal crackers:  Literally crackers shaped like animals.  A good productive snack that is very underrated.

•2 different flavors of Jack Link’s beef jerky:  If you, for some reason crave meat while in class, then get some beef jerky.

•Stacy’s cinnamon flavored pita chips:  Very underrated.  These chips are in the top right hand corner and are very sweet.  Some may be drawn away because of the pita part, but we assure you they are delicious.

+many others

P.S.   They also sell stride gum.

Hello just wanted to give you a quick heads up and let you know a few
of the pictures aren’t loading properly. I’m not sure
why but I think its a linking issue. I’ve tried it in two different
browsers and both show the same outcome.
